Banita Ford
Banita Ford has been teaching business education since 2004. She is Saint Martin High School's FBLA and NSHSS advisor, eSports head coach, and Cyber Patriots coach. She enjoys teaching computer classes in the business department. However, over the last five years, Entrepreneurship has become her favorite class because of all the different ideas and how inspired the students seem to be in that class. Banita also teaches graphic design, game design, personal finance, AP Computer Science Principles, and Cyber Security. Outside of school, Banita loves watching baseball (Atlanta Braves), riding motorcycles, and making things using the laser cutter.
NSHSS is providing five (5) $1,000 grants to enhance STEAM-related activities, innovation, and classroom excellence for teachers in a STEAM field. Funds may be used for supplies, materials, field trips or other resources to enhance the delivery of their courses.
