Laurel Lokant

Parkland High School

Winston Salem, North Carolina

Laurel Lokant is the IB Coordinator and a teacher at Parkland High School. She has been teaching for 32 years and works with students in grades 9-12. She teaches French and manages the Middle Years Programme, the Career Related Programme and the Diploma Programme at her school.

Grants Awarded in 2021: School Supplies Grant

NSHSS is always looking to find ways to support our network of educators, especially those who are constantly looking to support their students. To help offset the financial burden, NSHSS is awarding fifteen (15) high school educators $500 grants to help provide additional opportunities to their students and classrooms.
