The High School Alliance of Future Physicians (HSAFP)
The High School Alliance of Future Physicians (HSAFP) provides nationwide mentorship and resources for high school students exploring careers in medicine. Through local chapters, physician-designed curriculum, and access to healthcare professionals, students strengthen their college and BS/MD applications while gaining leadership and hands-on experience that set them apart.

HSAFP has been guiding high school students on their journey toward careers in medicine since 2023. With chapters at more than 125 schools nationwide, HSAFP provides unique opportunities for students to build leadership skills, gain healthcare exposure, and prepare competitive applications for top colleges and BS/MD programs.
HSAFP connects students directly with a nationwide network of over 150 practicing physicians and college advisors. These mentors lead monthly curriculum sessions, host workshops, and provide insight into healthcare careers. Students gain authentic experiences and advice from professionals who understand what it takes to become a physician.
Unlike broad extracurricular clubs, HSAFP is completely focused on medicine. Every resource, workshop, and leadership opportunity is designed to help students explore healthcare fields, build pre-med competencies, and stand out on college applications. This singular focus allows HSAFP to offer unmatched depth and quality for future physicians.
