Be More isn't just a program.

With the most challenging honors criteria and the most diverse set of young scholars, NSHSS has changed the face, meaning, and expectations of an inclusive honors society.

NSHSS is more than just high school, more than college, and more than a career. NSHSS is a community of trailblazing individuals who believe that enough is never enough. It is a network of over 2 million lifetime members from across the globe who believe in being the next agents of change and the next thought leaders.

As we continue to recognize the most deserving and welcome them into the NSHSS family, we know honor is just the beginning. We know high-achieving scholars need more. That is why we strive to provide resources, tools, and a community of belonging to help our scholars collaborate and thrive. We invite our scholars to strive to Be More.

"I just want to send a huge Thank You to your staff this weekend in Michigan!!! My daughter, Isabella M. (recent Ambassador acceptance also) joined last year. We were very unsure about the program. However, this year she started looking into more activities as she is approaching her junior year and an Athlete. Michigan is the first in-person event and also a school of choice for her. This weekend proved to be valuable and fun at the same time. Your speaker was a very impressive young man. The young ladies who welcomed all the volunteers were gracious, kind, and warm. We look forward to the coming years and events with NSHSS!"

"This program built a lot of confidence and made Caitlin more outgoing. She was a shy and reserved girl that has become an amazing young woman and I believe the program helped her forge her way in business. She has taken on an internship as an assistant to a CFO/Treasurer that operates four companies. She has also excelled in her current part-time job and has been promoted to assistant manager. She is going to achieve amazing things!"

"I’m currently a freshman at the University of Texas at Dallas on a pre-med track. I gained a lot of confidence after the course. I secured several positions such as Immunology Research Assistant, Medical Intern, and Freshman Orientation Leader."

“Since completing the IRCP, I have seen many improvements in the way I function in my job. I now take advantage of work opportunities, speak up about ideas or concerns I have, and try my best to stand out as a leader although I have no formal leadership position. In addition, I have also grown in my communication skills; I feel more confident talking to my coworkers when before I would avoid social interactions in my job. The IRCP has taught me the importance of taking initiative and intentional communication, and I am a better intern because of it.”

"It was very fun, educational, and a once in a lifetime experience!"
