(Daily Freeman News) - "The Rondout Valley School District received the 2016 Top Global Learning School Award from the AFS-USA.
The award honors schools that excel in facilitating global competency development among their student body and in preparing their students to engage in an increasingly interconnected world. It is awarded by the AFS-USA, a leader in intercultural learning and student exchange; and the National Society of High School Scholars, an international honor society dedicated to highlighting the accomplishments of students."
